EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan's New Attorney To Be Announced Friday

The name of Lindsay Lohan's new attorney will be announced Friday, one day after her previous lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, quit as LiLo's legal counsel, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

And despite some reports that the Mean Girls star, 24, has hired Tiffany Feder-Cohen to represent her, Lohan's camp says that's not true.
In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Stephanie Ovadia, the attorney for Lindsay's mom Dina, tells us, "Tiffany Feder-Cohen is not Lindsay's attorney and never was. She is just a good friend who is helping out. Lindsay's new attorney will be announced today."

As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Holley quit on Thursday after discovering that Lindsay's team was shopping around for new representation after she was sentenced on Tuesday to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab for violating conditions of her probation related to her 2007 DUI conviction.

I'm surprised the lawyer lasted as long as she did. It must be awfully damaging to your credibility to have to stand up and blatanlty lie for your client and get caught at every turn.

She may have been punished harshly this time but she wasn't before. She had two DUI's with cocaine in her system (and) possession of cocaine both times and she got probation? come on?!

Why are they hiring a new lawyer. What are they going to do, shave a few days off of her sentence? Just go in there and get it over with! What a bunch of losers!

She needs to run far away from her family. They're using her and screwing her up at the same time. Making a living off her failures. She needs to stop listening to her parents and realize they're doing a sh!tty job at parenting.

I have a question for anyone knowledgeable about the jail she will be going to. Are they seriously gonna let her keep taking dilaudid ? That would seem to be a HUGE contraband risk... That's some potent stuff, they give to cancer patients...

Part of the judges orders are for her prescriptions to be evaluated by a court appointed physician prior to her going to jail. I highly doubt the physician will keep her on dilaudid.

if so the medical staff at the lock-up will give it to her...per the prescription. not every couple of hours like liloser takes them.
