Lawyers for Mel Gibson and ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva appeared in front of a judge Thursday afternoon, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The couple were not present for the hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court. All reporters were asked to leave the room before the hearing fully began.

He told her: "You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault." His racist, misogynist outburst was caught on audio tape. In the tape, Mel also tells Oksana that he will burn down her home.

He's a douche, but she's going to be in trouble for leaking those tapes. They were part of the gag order. Sad that a baby has to be in the middle of 2 idiots.
