EXCLUSIVE: Judge Orders Mel Gibson To Surrender His Gun

Mel Gibson has been ordered to surrender all firearms he owns, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
The order was part of Thursday's closed-door hearing in the continuing battle between Mel and Oksana Grigorieva.
In addition, Oksana was ordered to turn over her iPhone, which is believed to contain evidence pertinent to the case.

Oksana recorded Mel with her iPhone. RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained and released some of those incendiary recordings which include Mel's vile racist rant and profanity laced tirades against the mother of his eighth child. Those tapes are also in possession of Sheriff's deputies investigating Mel and under seal as part of a court battle between the ex lovers.
A source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively: "Mel has been ordered to surrender all firearms that he owns. Judge Scott Gordon made the ruling and Mel will be required to submit a declaration with the court within 24 hours of Thursday's hearing proving that he has done so."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively, Oksana claims Mel waved a handgun in her face when they allegedly had a brutal fight on January 6. Mel keeps the handgun in his bedroom at all times.
It is not known if he has any other firearms.

Oksana told sources Mel menaced her with the firearm, retrieving it from the bedroom during their fight. He waved it at her and said, "I will show you how to get out of here fast," as she went for her car keys to escape Mel's Malibu mansion.
The source also told RadarOnline.com: "Oksana must turn her Iphone over as well." It will end up with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

A hearing that was scheduled for July 20th has been continued to July 22 and Oksana's restraining order hearing against Mel will be heard in the late summer, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Oksana had been seeking to modify Mel's visitation with their infant daughter, Lucia, and we are told that no changes were made.
Mel's camp has accused Oksana of trying to extort him. Oksana's camp says she wants to severely restrict his access to their eight-month-old daughter Lucia.
RadarOnline.com published a world exclusive photo Friday, showing damage to Oksana's teeth after her alleged brawl with Mel on Jan. 6. The photograph was taken within 24 hours of the fight.

Radar Online, now that you know he actually turned over the gun(s) when the temporary restraining order was imposed (not on Thursday), how about correcting your article? That would be responsible...

ROL, he would have to turn over that when the restraining orders were filed against each others/he did so. U are so biased/sloppy in your reporting. Plus, why does your website keep going down? Too much paying out for stories?

Surrendering your gun is standard procedure if a restraining order has been filed against you. ROL, get a bit more objective, too much ignorance in your reporting, getting tiresome.

I am sure that Mel was trapped into this relationship by her. There was no love for him but his money. She wanted a child because of long-term support she would get from star. This is all she wanted.

This is all she wanted. She started all these scandal when she understood that he can get child and leave her with nothing. This is obvious. But he loved her.

he loved her. You can hear it from his voice. It was too late when he understood that there was no love, that he was used. He is in grieve because he's done such a terrible mistake: left his wife.

Oksana is not the one who understands family values. The more children she will get from men - the more support money she gets. this is her way of life. Don't people see that?

If Mel Gibson doesn't want to be trapped he should wear a condom while he is cheating on his wife so the mistress does not get pregnant. Better yet stop dating young women period. Act your age and stop drinking.
