VIDEO: Audrina Patridge Confirms Breakup With Ryan Cabrera; Faked Being A Couple For 'Hills' Scene

The Hills beauty Audrina Patridge said she's "single at the moment," having broken up with boyfriend Ryan Cabrera, and talked about an awkward final exchange between the pair during an interview on Live with Regis & Kelly Thursday.

Patridge, who'd been dating Cabrera (also Ashlee Simpson's ex) since January, said that she broke up with him about four days before Wango Tango, an annual pop concert based in Southern California. Because she was taping a show for The Hills --and hence cameras were rolling -- Patridge said she acted as if the breakup had never had happened, as Cabrera even serenaded her to the Staples Center crowd.

"I had to stand there and watch him sing," Patridge, 25, said, adding that the songs drummed up an emotional response following the breakup. "I started crying at the show."

Ryan dumps every girl and he's dated some gorgeous women. He's not even a pop star anymore. He was probably using her to get his name out there again. He also needs to get a new hair style, pronto!

Ahhhh yes, THE HILLS-it's completely FAKE. Scripted and contrived. Difficult to watch knowing that.
