REPORT: Mel Gibson "Isn't Paying Me A Penny," Says Oksana Grigorieva

The fight over baby Lucia between Mel Gibson and his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, just got a whole lot uglier, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In an interview with London's The Mail on Sunday, Oksana said, "I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation.

"He is not paying me a penny," she said of Gibson. "Nothing."
As RadarOnline.com has been reporting Mel and Oksana requested and obtained competing restraining orders against each other last week. They are also battling in court over custody and visitation of their nine-month-old daughter.
"There are so many lies being said about me," Oksana was quoted as saying. "I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty."

Mel's wife Robyn Gibson filed for divorce from the actor in April, 2009, shortly after he went public with his romance with Oksana. The Gibsons have seven kids together and Oksana also has a son with actor Timothy Dalton.

Mel didn't dump Oksana, she insisted. "I left him. I rescued my children and myself."

Why should Mel be paying her anything? Child support- yes. But she doesn't deserve a dime just because she slept with him.

I'm changing my former opinion I posted on this. I read the actual article and she's claiming he hasn't paid her a dime, including child support. The truth is muddy on this one. The courts will sort it out.
