Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand has just signed up for Celebrity Rehab 4, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. The 38-year-old former wife of Lorenzo Lamas has been on a road of destruction and hopefully Dr. Drew will come to the rescue.

Not only has Sand shot a sex tape, she was rumored to have had a fling with her 18-year-old stepson. Sand single-handedly brought back the Lucite stripper heels and has a penchant for plastic surgery.

She joins Tila Tequila on the VH1 TV show. As RadarOnline.com first reported the hit TV show is also pursuing Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York.
