The Mean Girls star, 23, was out and about in Los Angeles early Tuesday hopping from nightspot to nightspot, as cameramen caught the actress at both trendy restaurant Nobu and hotspot Teddy's nightclub.

One thing the cameras didn't capture was her SCRAM, which was once again hidden under Lindsay's boots.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the district attorney in Lohan’s probation is contacting Lohan’s former assistant Eleonore Lieven about the mishap that saw the actress miss a court date in May after a wild weekend in Cannes, France.

Lohan, who must wear a SCRAM (alcohol-monitoring bracelet) at all times, appears in court on July 6 in her ongoing DUI case.

who decided that she is a good actor? there are many actors that could have done the parts and acted better. she has no respect for the opportunities that she has been afforded. time to go to jail or just "GO AWAY"

She looks so sad.I guess I would to if i had everything and screwed it all up.She was very talented but she is ending up like all the rest of the child actors with bad parents.

She only got charged with 2 counts of cocaine use not possession which is a felony.
She is wearing a SCRAM, undergoing random drug tests and attending classes how much more can she be punished/monitored without being in jail?
