Redmond O’Neal checked out of rehab on Friday to join his father on a visit to Farrah Fawcett’s grave, to honor the first anniversary of her death.

RadarOnline.com has one of the first photos of the Charlie’s Angel’s star’s troubled son as he returned to Ryan O’Neal’s Malibu home for the graveside vigil. Redmond looked alert and clear-eyed, a refreshing change from the unhealthy appearance he had for so long as a drug addict.

The troubled 24-year-old was ordered into rehab last September following a prison stint stemming from his arrest for the possession of a controlled substance.

He is scheduled to complete the drug ordered rehab program by August 12th, 2010.

I'm remembering Farrah by watching her in "The Burning Bed" today. I own the movie and love her in that movie. RIP Farrah. Beautiful gravesite with all the pretty flowers.

I'm glad Redmond is better today ,but if only he would have did it sooner where his mom could have seen him bright eyed and bushy tail..Her grave site is nice but not the most beautiful grave site there is....

Redmond! You look TERRIFIC! Your Mom would be so proud! I've never seen you look so sharp. Please also know we all are honoring Farrah today. Her life meant so much to me. She is at peace now.
