The Mean Girls star was clad in a Harley Davidson shirt, black leather snakeskin shorts and brown boots as she purchased eye drops and candy cigarettes.
Lindsay took to Twitter Monday and cleared up a misconception that Kombucha (a fermented tea that was among the Web site's trending topics) was the culprit when her SCRAM bracelet, which monitors her alcohol intake, went off earlier this month following the MTV Movie Awards.

"FYI.. #kombucha was not the reason that my scram went off-i wouldn't of been allowed to drink it if that were the problem.. i love kombucha," Lilo Tweeted.
Lohan returns to court on July 6 in her ongoing DUI case.

Her face is severely bloated. She's hard to recognize and looks terrible. Past that, I would rather see her wearing handcuffs than anything else. It's time for someone to set this woman straight. Her arrogance is very unbecoming.

The conditions put in place were extreme so who knows what her behavior will be like after July 6th when they are most likely lifted.
