Lindsay Lohan isn't about to let a little SCRAM around her ankle get in the way of a night out clubbing. RadarOnline.com found her Friday night at Hollywood's The Colony nightclub.

Maybe she only went there because The Colony's vibe is The Hamptons, and Long Island-native LiLo may have felt right at home.

Either way, it was 2 am Saturday before Lohan and her pals left Hollywood's hottest new night spot.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, Lindsay's SCRAM registered that the starlet had between .03 and .04 alcohol in her system the night of the MTV Awards.
She'll have to answer to that and much, much more when she goes back before Judge Marsha Revel next month for a hearing to determine if she's violated the conditions of her DUI probation.

I hope this gets some sort of resolution soon. I find her and her family incredibly low class with many addictions amongst them. She's not helping herself in life being this visible thumbing her nose at authority. ENOUGH! I'm over her.
