The Mean Girls star, 23, wore a red sports bra, sneakers, grey sweatpants and her SCRAM bracelet, as she worked her legs on different machines, making for a huge contrast from the girl we've seen drink and smoke countless nights away at the Chateau Marmont hotel.

The actress didn't just leave her sporty spirit in the gym, as she Tweeted, "Lakers Lakers Lakers!!" late Tuesday in support of her hometown team.
Lohan will have her game face on when she appears in court on July 6 in her ongoing DUI case.

I'm FAR from a LiLo fan, but she looks better than I've seen her in a LONG time... amazing how a little court enforced sobriety can change a girl's life LOL

There is nothing cool about a scram! It shows what a loser she is that she needs one at all, not that it does any good to stop her from drinking. It's not cool at all! And what is so cool about her "deciding when to show" it? Nothing.

I still think it is good that she has control over what pictures she is releasing of it.

This is such a load of BS. Muscle Milk took the photos. She is being paid to be there just like she was paid to be at their event Sat. The "paps" wouldn't be inside the gym unless they were invited.
