Kelly is with her husband John Travolta and their daughter Ella on a three-day visit to Johannesburg, South Africa in support of Australia's World Cup team. Travolta, an experienced pilot, is a spokesman for Australia's Qantas airlines.

While there, the family made an appearance in support of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund. The acting couple donated $10,000 to the organization, with John saying, "Children keep you humble. Children keep you grounded."
Kelly, 47, and John are expecting their baby later this year. Their son Jett tragically died following a seizure 18 months ago.

Waht a lucky baby to be born into this family! These are two of the nicest people in the world. This child will be loved and charished as all children should be. I thought I heard they were having twins????

It couldn't happen to a nicer couple. Our family wishes the best for them. My son who works for Steve Harvey in Atlanta says John is the nicest celeb to ever visit, treats everyone like a friend..the worst is Rachel Ray,, a real witch!

Thank god for medical science and in vitro fertilization. Johnny boy is so gay and was forced to marry this woman because of Scientology. She is only having this kid to keep him from coming out.
