With her ex-husband Jon on parenting duty this weekend, Kate Gosselin had time to take care of some business on her own.

Kate picked up a huge stack of mail that looked to include several scripts, went to an arts and crafts store, and made several other stops on Saturday.

On Friday during a Today interview promoting her new series, Kate Plus 8, Kate revealed that Jon has dropped his petition to change their custody agreement. "At this very moment things are peaceful" between them, Kate told Meredith Viera. But she added she never knows when or if that might change.

All these people that "hate" Kate, and say they will never watch her and are tired of her...what a bunch of fricken phonies. Why is it that anything with her has 1000s of comment compared to others at 20?

TLC forgot to let the viewers know any REALITY about Kate's latest book sales. It was another BOMB, only selling a mere 11,000 copies.
