On Wednesday, Britney Spears surfaced for the first time since an ex-bodyguard named Fernando Flores allegedly claimed through a friend the pop star sexually harassed him while he was working for her.

Spears - wearing tight denim shorts and a tank top- was snapped picking up coffee in Calabasas, California.

A friend of Flores told the UK Sun that the Gimme More singer would prance around him seductively while nude and imply that his job was on the line if he did not reciprocate the attention.
"She was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn't reciprocate he could lose his job," the insider told the paper. "He finally handed in his notice last week, and is considering legal action.

"Working for Britney is tough; she's a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control," the friend continued. "She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff. All her guards knew they could be removed if they looked at her the wrong way. Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He wanted to be a good security guard and look after her, but the situation became unbearable."

With her record i wouldnt put it past her to be doing something like this. All the pieces fit, but he very well could be an upset past staff member.

Do NOT believe it. He said it "through a friend". He signed a nondisclosure so he is covering his assets. If true, he would have called Gloria Alred.

her behavior has always been off. so I wouldn't put this past her. i cant help but chuckle a little when i read this. she has no respect for herself, so there is probable truth to her running around naked in front of staff
