Just days after The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi announced they've officially called it quits, a sad-looking Vienna was snapped out in West Hollywood, California Wednesday, still brandishing the $50,000 2.72-carat diamond and platinum Neil Lane engagement ring Jake gave her on the show, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.

While the love affair between the pair might be over, there might be a brewing controversy over the ring, as both (The Bachelor's co-producers) Warner Bros. and Pavelka, a 32-year-old airline pilot from Dallas, have both stated the ring does not belong on Vienna's finger.
Warner Bros. spokesperson Natalia Desrosiers told the NY Post Wednesday that "the ring goes back into production."

Pavelka, when asked by People if he expected Vienna to give the ring back, said: "Yes. We're no longer engaged and she can't wear that ring."
Meanwhile, the bad blood continues to brew between the former lovebirds, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Vienna has been telling pals she thought the hunky pilot was not “into girls.”

She's a lousy actress. She broke up with him and was trying to date some other actor. She is not sad she isn't with the guy she only knew for a few months. She is trying to rehab her image, blame the bachelor and make money at the same time.

She deserves to keep the ring. After this loser used her to get fame and now is dumping her and trying to publicly humiliate her to boot I think he should pay producers back for the ring and she should keep it as a souvenir

Giving the ring back depends on the state law, some states it doesnt matter who broke it off, DONT you people watch Judge Joe Brown LOL, However if the contract with Production says it goes back, doesnt matter what the state law is.

Even if Jake bought her the ring and there was no ABC contract, she is claiming to have broken off the engagement. It is a gift with the promise of marriage. If she broke it off, it goes back. Regardless, she appears to be quite a good liar.
