Oksana Grigorieva didn't let competing restraining orders stop her from stepping out -- in full hair and make-up -- to do a little shopping late Friday afternoon, RadarOnline.com has learned.

As RadarOnline.com has reported, Mel and Oksana both requested and have both been granted temporary restraining orders against each other. They are also arguing in court over custody and visitation of their daughter Lucia.

The warring couple broke up in April, with Oksana suggesting she was being prevented from talking about "why."
