Now that Montag is divorcing hubby Spencer Pratt she needs to figure out a new way to get publicity and RadarOnline.com has learned she has her eyes on Justin Bieber.

Montag, 23, filed for separation from Pratt on June 8 and has since been at the center of a controversial affair with sometimes-boyfriend Cougar Zank.
