The Mean Girls star, 23, smiled as she relaxed in a sexy, black one-piece swimsuit that accentuated her long legs, cleavage, and SCRAM bracelet. With a friend and little sister Ali nearby, Lindsay unwound while reading what looked to be a script.

Meanwhile, Judge Marshal Revel issued a warrant for Lohan and set bail at $200,000 after the actress' SCRAM bracelet went off following the MTV Movie Awards, which Lohan attended.
According to her attorney, the bracelet "indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night."

On Tuesday night, Lohan posted ten percent of the bail as required by law, which spared her from time behind bars. She told RadarOnline.com exclusively: "I'm well, working to get proof that I did not tamper with the bracelet or drink” and that "these accusations are completely false."

Lohan's next hearing is set for July 6.

WRONG!!! When you have a scram on, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ANY ALCOHOL!!! You aren't even allowed to use anything with alcohol in it; polish remover, cough syrup, etc.

Obviously she thinks she's above the law then, disobeying a court order even if it is for bail, not probation. Who does she think she is that she thinks she's entitled to special treatment from the court?!

Well then she's obviously violating her probation because she's obviously on drugs! She might not be violating her probation, but she's violating her bail.
