EXCLUSIVE: Judge Will Receive Report On Lindsay Lohan SCRAM Bracelet Going Off

Judge Marsha Revel will receive a report on Lindsay Lohan’s alcohol-detecting SCRAM bracelet going off, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The bracelet went off after the MTV awards.

Now the company that monitors the bracelet will send a report to the court that is overseeing Lindsay’s DUI probation case.
Judge Revel will see the report and prosecutor Danette Meyers is also expected to review it.

“The judge will get a report from the SCRAM company and it will detail Lindsay’s alcohol level,” one source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com.
If Lindsay had alcohol in her system that would be a violation of Judge Revel’s order to abstain from drinking.

A probation violation hearing is already set for next month. And Lindsay is undergoing random drug testing at least weekly. RadarOnline.com broke the story that she passed her first two drug tests.
It is possible the SCRAM bracelet malfunctioned but some people close to the situation say that’s highly unlikely.

IMO Dina will claim someone deliberately spilled beer on Linds and it triggered the SCRAM so of course it's not her fault. Or Linds had a cold and took cold medication with alcohol in it. Or she accidently swallowed some mouth wash.

Theres been reports of this and everyone said they saw it and she didnt even care. Also everyone that was at Las Plams was partying hard. And what lindsay was the ONLY one sober LMFAO ROTF!

X17 has a tweet from her claiming a friend of hers put a "light up bracelet" into her boot and a fellow partygoer mistook it for her SCRAM bracelet going off. Hahah I am not even joking... she said that.

there is no light on the scram bracelet. google any picture of one and there is no light on. it doesn't start flashing or making noise. and if this were true she would have been called in right away, not over a day later.
