Jeremy London’s wife was in the car with him when he was “kidnapped” and his alleged abductor gave her a ride home during the alleged crime, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
It’s the latest bizarre development in a situation that led to the arrest of one man after the Mallrats actor claimed he was kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to smoke drugs.

London’s allegations have raised eyebrows and RadarOnline.com’s new discovery is sure to fuel skepticism about what really happened June 10 and 11.
We’ve learned that Melissa Cunningham was with Jeremy when he got a flat tire and was helped by men who eventually became his kidnappers.
Several sources confirmed that Melissa was in the car and became scared and asked to be driven home – and the accused kidnapper complied!
RadarOnline.com has also learned that Jeremy undergoes regular drug testing in connection to a custody issue involving his son.
That newly discovered fact offers an instant defense for the man accused of “forcing” London to smoke drugs and it will fuel speculation that the actor faked his own kidnapping.
The Mallrats actor told police he was kidnapped and forced to smoke drugs on June 10 and into the morning of June 11.
As a result of his allegations, Brandon Adams was arrested on kidnapping and other charges.
Both Jeremy and Melissa undergo random drug testing in connection with a custody issue involving their son, a RadarOnline.com investigation uncovered.
Melissa’s mother has been taking care of their son Lyrik, 3, at times.
Jeremy has been through rehab previously for a problem with prescription pills.

Melissa is renting a house in Palm Springs where the incident occurred.
Jeremy comes around frequently and they often fight, one source told RadarOnline.com.
Melissa and Jeremy’s troubled relationship is the backdrop for the story that made national headlines this week – and the latest revelation that an alleged kidnapper benignly drove Melissa home before turning on Jeremy is sure to stir debate.
EXCLUSIVE VIDEO INTERVIEW: Jeremy London’s Neighbor Says Actor Was Broke And Begged Him
Several sources close to London have told slightly different versions of what happened.
One source claims that only one man was in the car with Jeremy and Melissa when she was dropped off at home.
That source says Jeremy said that he then picked up two “friends” of the alleged kidnapper and they then pulled a gun on him and forced him to smoke drugs.
But another source close to London said that three men were in the car with Melissa and Jeremy when she was dropped off at home.
DOCUMENTS: Read the Police's Press Release of the Incident
RadarOnline.com has learned that Palm Springs police are searching for the other two men.
And one source close to London claimed the men made Jeremy smoke drugs so the actor would not be a credible witness against them later.
Meanwhile, Adams is in jail with bail set at $500,000. He maintains his innocence.

Well, for those who love fairy tales, that is a really good one.Mr. London should consider a career as fiction writer. If it wasn't for an innocent man sitting in jail, I would be laughing my head off

Well that would be completely KRAPPY of London to mess up someone ELSE'S life if he did, in fact, fake the story of the kidnapping. Imagine doing that to someone??? And I do think he faked it, btw.

Is there ANYONE who really believes this story? What if this were just a normal guy. The cops would laugh him out of the station. I can't beleive they made an arrest.

It was nice for the kidnapper to drop off the wife at the house. I wonder why she did not alert the police. Or, perhaps, this entire story was made up to cover for his drug use.

I hope he gets arrested for filing a false police report and have to pay restitution.

Why is the race card being played again! Sorry but this is not a racial story but rather a story about a junkie who btw went on a cruise with another junkie and yes he was black.

Well if Brandon went to the Palm Springs Police with the same story, do you think Jeremey would be in jail right now? Seems the race card is staring up at him. Just sayin.

So this is what happens to a black man who helps a white boy change his flat tire, he ends up in jail with without bail. Nice.

Is the "suspect" still in jail and if so, WHY? Anyone with half a brain knows this story is a bunch of BS. (Cause kidnapper crackheads just LOVE sharing their drugs & offering rides home...yeah, right!) Jeremy, COME CLEAN!
