EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Mel Gibson "Playing Dirty" Says Mother Of His Illegitimate Child

Mel Gibson's baby mama drama is getting uglier.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Oksana Grigorieva took a shot at her famous ex, saying, "He's playing dirty. The truth will come out."

Oksana -- speaking outside her home in Sherman Oaks, California Friday morning -- also said, "What has been written is not true," refering to the allegations made by the Braveheart star in court papers.
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Gibson has filed a restraining order against Grigorieva, who was served the documents at her home in Sherman Oaks around 5pm Wednesday.

We've also learned that Oksana filed court papers against Mel, with one source saying she alleges that he has been violent toward her. She sought a restraining order and those papers are also under seal.
When RadarOnline.com asked Oksana if Mel hit her, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "I can't talk about that."
She told RadarOnline.com that she filed court papers under seal against Mel before he filed against her.

Oksana told us, "There's not much I can say right now because it's a child custody issue, and my lawyers have told me not to talk."
But when asked about how she and her 7-month-old daughter are doing, she told us, "I'm doing well, and my daughter is great."
RadarOnline.com broke the story of the dramatic and traumatic end of Mel's relationship with the woman he turned to after ending his 30-year-marriage.
While the case is sealed -- meaning the documents cannot be released to the public -- RadarOnline.com was first to report that Mel's complaint centers around three issues and Gibson's access to daughter Lucia.
Gibson filed a temporary restraining order, a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody.
Gibson and Grigorieva, the Russian musician-singer, split in April, after dating for more than a year.

At the time, the split was described as amicable and the pair said they planned to co-parent.
In April of last year, Gibson's wife Robyn filed for divorce. Later that month, he and Grigorieva made their first public appearance together as a couple.

In addition to Lucia, Gibson has seven children -- six sons and a daughter -- while Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.
Gibson's rep had no comment about the restraining order when contacted by RadarOnline.com.

Mel Gibson is a wellknown nutcase and liar so I don´t trust anything he says. Poor woman, she deserves all the money she gets as compensation for just having been near him.
