Bench Warrant Issued For Lindsay Lohan

Judge Marsha Revel has issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan.
The judge ruled that Lindsay violated the terms of her bail -- five violations in all.

RadarOnline.com broke the news about the unscheduled hearing Tuesday. Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet went off Sunday night and the SCRAM execs delivered a report to the judge before the hearing.

Lindsay's new bail was set at $200,000.

If they have absolute proof, what's the difference in just making her a large fine and having to post bail again ? She will either be at her next hearing or she won't.
