Just when we thought the night was sexy, Sarah Jessica Parker raised the haute quotient even more, showing up to the Sex and the City 2 after party in NYC on Monday night in a body-baring ensemble, which would make Carrie Bradshaw proud!  The star changed out of her to-die-for neon yellow Valentino Couture gown and into something a little more comfortable, a black lace Elie Saab frock from the Fall 2010 Collection.

The long sleeved stunner featured a sheer, lace bodice, which was broken up by shiny panels. Even though her black strapless bra was fully exposed, the full, lace skirt fell below her knees, making the look as a whole tasteful and classy.
