Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods' estranged wife and the mother of his two children, was snapped in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday, taking her young son Charlie to the dentist for a check up, and RadarOnline.com has the pics.

Looks like a strawberry birthmark/hemangioma. It's a collection of blood vessels that are raised above the skin. It eventually goes away (can take years, though).

Look at his baby pictures online, he does not have a hemangioma in any of his baby pictures.
