After surviving a major medical scare, Bret Michaels was back on stage on Friday for his first full concert — and RadarOnline.com was there.
Limping only slightly, the rocker and Celebrity Apprentice winner hit the stage at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, clad in tight jeans and black T-shirt, along with a signature cowboy hat and bandana.

"I've got a little bitty hitch in my left giddy up, but I think we'll be all right," he told the sell-out crowd of 1800 people.

VH1 camera crews were on hand filming for Michaels' new reality show Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It.

Last month, Michaels suffered a potentially life-threatening brain hemorrhage and underwent an appendectomy.
Then a little over a week ago, he experienced a warning stroke that led to the discovery of a hole in his heart.

While recovering from the series of health scares, he repeatedly expressed a desire to get back on the concert stage, and finally achieved that goal with a surprise performance on Wednesday's American Idol finale.

Try this replacement name for is upcoming reality series, "Bret Michaels: Chasing Life As I Know It Until I'm Dead". How many episodes before Dead Pool honors? 3. The over/under on Brett is June 15th. He's doing it his way!

My son had a brain hemorrhage, in three spots. He "LOOKED" normal. Bret was limping and weak on one side when he showed up on tv with Trump. I think he should take it easy because he's not in the clear yet, but yes I buy it!

Bret is singing here tonight in St Louis,Mo at the Rib Festival. its 92 deg, and very humid downtown. if he has a medical/cardiac/brain episode, they have a lot of great trauma centers. Bret has a big EGO and thats why he is pushing his luck..

Well umm stubbornness IS ego at play. His woe be me story is a ruse and its pretty annoying to me at how selfish he is being, he would rather make some money and chase some groupies.
