Cryer was at the downtown Los Angeles courthouse in person on Monday, along with his wife, Lisa Joyner, and his legal team to fight it out over child support payments.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Cryer is requesting that his current payment of $8,000 per month be reduced to zero, with the argument that he
has temporary custody of their son, Charley, so Trigger should be entitled to nothing.
EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Jon Cryer's Ex Denies Any Involvement in On-Set Chaos
For her part, Trigger argues that without the support payments she will be unable to pay her expenses and will likely lose her house, making her homeless, something a source close to the actress says Cryer is more than aware of.
The source tells RadarOnline.com that Cryer makes in excess of half a million dollars a month.

As a mom, I can spend my child support however I choose. For instance, when I get my paycheck and my kids need something, they get first dibs. So if I spend part of my RENT money on my kids, can I not use some of my child support for my rent?

She has remarried and wants Jon to support her can you spell LOSER? PUHLEEZE. I hope the Judge has the common sense to know that she and her husband are looking for a free ride. CS is for the CHILD not the mortgage. I hope Jon is given full custody.

If the house was purchased with the intention the child would live there, then child support payments could be used towards the mortgage. Sad but true. He'll always be a whiney Duckey to me.

Somewhat true: Mom cannot benefit from CS payments. If the CS pays the mortgage on the home the child lives in, then the child gets the house when he/she reaches the age of majority. Mom needs to get a job & support herself

Isn't she remarried?? CS goes to support the child, not the parent & HER expenses. Hoping Jon gets a smart judge and reduces CS to zero. Anyone know how old the child is now?

he is ordered to pay child support not wife support. I am sure she got a settlement when they divorced...she should have managed it better.....get a job if you want to keep your house.

My question is why should he be expected to continue to support her lifestyle? Why can't she get a job and support herself? Child support is for the child to cloth, feed, etc Not pay this womans mortgage payment.

Is alimony still being paid to ex-wives? That is separate from child support. Seems he is getting screwed somewhat though since he has custody.
