Jesse James' Porn Star Ex Wants Custody Of Sunny

Porn star Janine Lindemulder will be in court to try and get her daughter Sunny back from her ex-husband Jesse James, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Lindemulder - who is currently staying in a federal half way house in Oregon for tax evasion wants to get 50-50 custody back for Sunny James, 6, following the implosion of Jesse James' marriage to Oscar winner Sandra Bullock.
The cash-strapped porn pin-up has filed documents in Orange County, California, asking her wealthy former husband to help-out with her court fees.

Her current husband Jeremy Aikman told RadarOnline.com: "I really cannot comment on the situation too much - Janine has not yet been released from the facility in Oregon.
"But she will be in court in person for any hearing about her daughter in the future although I cannot say anything else at this point."

Lindemulder and Aikman only got married last August after he spent five years in jail for firearms possession the pair¹s relationship grew after they met in a half-way house in Hollywood.
Ironically, before the sex scandal involving James and stripper Michelle "Bombshell" McGee exploded both Bullock and her husband had joined forces in the custody battle for Sunny.

The pair contested that Lindemulder was an unfit mother and that she was exposing Sunny to "unsavory characters".
When news of James alleged affair with McGee broke Lindemulder seemed to mock her ex-husband by Tweeting: Thank God For My Faithful Hubby!

Aikman added: "It's been difficult because I'm on probation too and cannot actually go and visit Janine - I'm trying to re-build my life as well.

"I've been working doing web-hosting and trying to comfort Janine when we communicate with each other each week.

And exactly where would you have had the child go while Janine was in prison? That's how he got custody of her.
