EXCLUSIVE: War Breaks Out in Court At Slade Smiley Child Support Hearing

Slade Smiley’s child support court hearing turned into a drama worthy of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County reality series on Friday.
Smiley owes $110,000 in back child support to Michelle Arroyo and was accompanied to court by his reality TV star girlfriend Gretchen Rossi.
The hearing was continued until September.

But there was tension in the court room from the start. Gretchen’s ex boyfriend Jay Photoglou showed up for the proceedings and Slade was furious, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Photoglou and Rossi have waged their own court war, suing each other after a long-running public feud.
Smiley was incensed to see Photoglou in the courtroom and authorities were involved in keeping the parties separate.

Slade then asked the judge to have Photoglou removed the courtroom. All parties not directly involved in the matter, including Rossi, were told to leave court.

i did like Gretchen but now im starting to think maybe the rumors were true about her. Being with Slayde Smiley isnt helping her reputation at all

I always liked Gretchen but you do have to wonder about a woman who'd be with a man that doesn't care for his children. How do you owe that much $ and not go to jail? Is absurd. This guy makes my skin crawl. Gross on every level.

Him and Gretchen are both losers. Put him in jail and Bravo should get rid of both of them. They need to get real jobs instead of trying to make a profit of the viewers. SHAME on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He should be in jail. On RHOC, they showed him driving to Palm Springs yet he has no valid drivers license because of none payment of child support.

He's sunk so low. The 1st season, he was Mr. hotshot mortage broker, when the market/money
was rolling in. (Check the trashy diamond Rolex). He seemed to be devoted to his kids. But now,
he just lives off his trashy girlfriends. LOSER.

It's disturbing seeing him on the OC carefree going on trips & to parties all the while with all this hanging over him not to mention his sick child. One would think he would want to tone down his appearances on TV.
