EXCLUSIVE VIDEO INTERVIEW: Lindsay Lohan's Mom Says Partying Reports Are "Absolute Lies"

Lindsay Lohan spent Tuesday at a Venice Beach lawyer's office getting deposed for a civil suit dating back to 2007 and her mom Dina Lohan spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com to clear up reports that she and her daughter had partied the previous night away.

"That is an absolute lie, we went out for dinner to the Chateau Marmont and we were home by 11 o'clock, I don't know where they got that from, my ex [Michael Lohan] put that out and it is an absolute lie.

Lindsay, who refused to speak to any media outlets, was inside the law offices for close to 7 hours giving her side of the wild night in July 2007 when she was arrested for her second DUI after commandeering a friend's SUV and chasing her former assistant from Malibu to Santa Monica.

Dina, despite the long day, sounded optimistic in a Tweet late Tuesday night.
She wrote: "okay all... goodnight, thank you for all of those that support us through all of our ups and downs... life is life, stay strong."

even thou she was out at night , so what , when did she have a curfew , as a adult , what is the big deal . so what. i do not get it , a lot of people stay out late .
