Lindsay Lohan has enough legal problems but a new photo may have just created another big issue for the troubled actress.

A photo of Lindsay partying with pals in a hotel room in Cannes has a very interesting – and overlooked until now – detail.

The picture shows what is clearly lines of a white powder cut and arranged next to each other on a table in front of her.
Now we’re not saying what the powder is, but Danette Meyers, the prosecutor in her DUI case told RadarOnline.com exclusively: “I hope that isn’t cocaine in the pictures.”

The photo is on TMZ but they failed to point out the white powder on the table.
But RadarOnline.com spotted it immediately and legal sources tell us that Lindsay is lucky she’s out of the U.S. because it will be very hard to prove exactly what the powder is, saving her from even more problems.

Lindsay has previously been arrested for possesion of a controlled substance and cocaine was found in the car she was driving.

Months ago I felt sorry for Lindsay but I can now see she doesn't want any help. I don't hold out much help for her either. She may end up not using for a bit because of the court, but she will return to it immediately upon being on her own.

A SCRAM ankle bracelet doesn't detect drugs-just alcohol BUT, she will have to do random-meaning any day the court chooses-drug tests. She's gong to be nailed for sure. They will start them immediately upon her return.

Saw it last night. It's clear by what is in Lindsay's hand and the two lines of cocaine on the glass what's going on. Look at the expression she has. Oh baby, she's really having a great time. Dina surely has been quiet lately....
