EXCLUSIVE: Gretchen Rossi Finally Pays Her Ex - See The Check

She fought and fought and fought but in the end Gretchen Rossi finally handed a check, for the amount of $22,375.05, to her ex boyfriend Jay Photoglou and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a copy of the check.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star lost a judgment to Jay and then skipped a court date for a debtor’s examination.

A judge issued, and held, a bench warrant, demanding the star show up in court. But before she did, Rossi filed a lawsuit against Jay for defamation and other counts.
Meanwhile at the end of last week, Gretchen finally caved and paid Jay the money she owed him and as you can see by our copy of the cashier’s check she got in one last dig at her ex.

Rossi had the check made out to “The Franchise Tax Board, Law Offices Of Orlando J. Costanao Jr. Inc & Jay Photoglou.”
The star contended earlier that she didn’t need to pay Jay because Jay owed money to the Franchise Tax Board so she should just pay that entity directly.

Rossi has given conflicting statements about having a romantic relationship with Jay while Jay has provided an avalanche of details of their romance, including names of other people who were aware of it.
One thing no one disputes is that the breakup was as nasty as it gets.

The latest round in court goes to Jay, with Gretchen’s lawsuit still pending. And as for the check, it took Jay months to collect it but he finally did.

So, to avoid having to let people see that maybe she did get millions from Jeff , she just paid up. She swore she didn't get anything from him.....guess it was a lie. I had heard rumors she had more than she was saying.
