The ongoing conservatorship of Britney Spears will be back in court on Monday in a Los Angeles courtroom RadarOnline.com can report.

The hearing will entail a status report on how Britney Spears is progressing, and it's unclear if the pop star will appear in front of the judge.
There is nothing scheduled so far that signals an end of the conservatorship for the pop star though. The only person that decides when the conservatorship ends is Judge Reva Goetz, and a specific hearing would be set for that to take place.

Britney appeared earlier this year in a closed court hearing with her lawyers, and her father.

A motion to seal records is also on the docket for Monday. This has been done in the past and usually involves medical records and business matters.

I still thinks it's weird a judge can tell an adult what to do or not do with their own money and force them to pay ppl to do these things.

It's sad that a 28 year old mother of two is forced to pay her parents and everyone else. I know how she got there, but honestly if they are expecting perfection from her she will never be fee.

The best thing that happened to her was her father stepping up and taking of her it should continue.

The personal part of her conservatorship is coming to and end VERY soon. The conservatorship over her brand and career will be ongoing.
