Lindsay Lohan was out and about Monday night, as the red-headed screen star was snapped with her sister Ali at West Hollywood's Millions of Milkshakes, and RadarOnline.com has the video for you.

The Mean Girls star wore a black leather jacket and short skirt that matched her jet black locks. She posed for pictures with store workers, and also came up with a recipe for a milkshake that will be subsequently sold (in her name) for charity. Other celebs who have made appearances at Millions of Milkshakes include Miley Cyrus, Pamela Anderson and Jon Gosselin.

This April has seen a series of turbulent times for Lindsay, including a public war of words with her father Michael, and an incident at the Coachella music festival in which she claimed ex-lover Samantha Ronson tried to spit on her. She was also reportedly banned from an Los Angeles club Trousdale last week after another run-in with Ronson, in which Lohan allegedly threw a glass at her.

Who the heck would want something she made. Look at her hair, she's around food & the shop didn't even have her tie her hair up. It looks greasy & unkept. Wash your hair Linsey & eat something, you look anerexic.

The "Mean Girls" star?! Not according to the cover of the ds game, lol. She could also have washed her hair for the appearance, but being Bi-Polar is one hell of a disease... Hope she get's the help she needs!
