Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' Home Up For Sale

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are saying goodbye to another piece of their life together. RadarOnline.com has confirmed that the Southern California home they shared together has been put on the market.

The beachside property comes with an asking price of just under $6 million.
As expected, no open houses will be conducted and any potential buyers must first pre-qualify. The screening process could include submitting bank statements and even getting their picture taken.
The realtor refused to say whether the property would be vacated during the process and would not comment on whether it was Bullock or James who put it up for sale. The realtor is also handling the sale of the building which is the alleged location of James' magazine publishing business in Long Beach.

Meanwhile, Bullock has been furnishing the Victorian mansion the couple bought together in the Garden District of New Orleans.

Why is he selling this house and the magazine business? Jesse said in past interviews they kept everything seperate when they married. Sandra has how many homes herself, I can't see that she would force the sale of this one.

He's probably selling to move to a house w/ more privacy although I wish he were moving to N.O. Keep getting help JJ & prove yourself to Sandra & your children. Give him a second chance.

He bought this house before the divorce so it should not be included in the divorce. I think there is something behind the scenes going on here. He is selling 2 properties and she is furnishing the New Orleans house... Hmmm.

In all actuality this house is one of the prettiest houses in all of Sunset Beach. The fact that they live right on the beach and don't have to live behind the gates like most actors and actresses does speak volumes.

This was Jesse's home. This is built to save energy. The beauty is in the back with the ocean view etc. Jesse may be moving to New Orleans or Austin. He can run his businesses from there.His office building is for sale too

This is one of the ugliest houses ever at the beach, look how pretty the one next door is. The architect should be shot, so what if this monstrosity has a lot of space inside.
