Notorious party girl Lindsay Lohan clearly isn't taking notice of her friends advice to check into rehab.

While those closest to her tell RadarOnline.com they're "growing increasingly worried" about the troubled starlet, a disheveled looking Lohan was out and about -- again -- in Hollywood on Friday night.
She arrived at a house party shortly after 12am with a drink in her hand.

Despite a month of hard partying, Lohan recently declared she was healthy and happier than ever and declared she had put her substance-abuse problems behind her.
But her recent behavior, including all night drinking benders, may suggest otherwise.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, who is not treating Lohan, told RadarOnline.com she should be arrested and sent to rehab.
"If she were my daughter, I would pack her car full with illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested," the board certified addiction specialist said.

"I would make sure she was not allowed to get out of jail.

I would love to see Lindsay on Celeb rehab. Everyone is forgeting she was a very good young and upcoming actress before she lost control. Everyone is judging her but instead should be pulling for her to get help for her addictions before it kills her

The judge is quoted as saying she is doing great under the terms of her probation. He'll probably say that right up until she's dead. How irresponsible is that. Someone needs to step in and stop this trainwreck before it's too late.

Lindsay is done with acting. Nobody would take the chance on her. She obviously can't learn lines while out partying until 6 a.m. and what if she comes the next morning drunk? No. I wonder if she won't run out of money.

As far as Dr. Drew 'planting' evidence, I'm sure he would do anything to save his child. How about 'Dr. Drew Barrymore': Drew Barrymore went through the same exact thing and look at her now. Maybe she'll die - then what will TMZ talk about?

Drew is wonderful. Let's hope Linds takes that route although, it's starting to look like she will continue on until she's dead at this point. I wonder what Dina could be thinking here. I cannot imagine enabling my kid like this!

I am not suggesting that you don't do everything and anything possible to save Linds. I am stating that to announce plans publicly is not a legally sound decision. And then there is this: Is the family supposed to buy drugs to do it?
