Jesse James was snapped at his Huntington Beach, California home with his kids Monday, after spending the last month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona, and RadarOnline.com has the new photos of the disgraced reality TV star.

James, 40, took his girls to school in the morning before jumping on one of his many choppers and heading to work in Long Beach, California. Jesse -- whose marriage to Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock was shattered by revelations of his widespread cheating -- was spotted NOT wearing his wedding ring. Bullock, 45, was also seen last week without her wedding ring while on a hike in Northern California.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, James was undergoing treatment at the Arizona facility in a last-ditch effort to save his damaged marriage.

The women James is accused of cheating on Bullock with include stripper Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, Melissa Smith, fetish model Brigitte Daguerre, former West Coast Choppers employee Merilee Gerth and an unnamed woman who is reportedly a Gloria Allred client.

A wedding ring says commitment. Jesse is committed to his wild party life and making money at his bike shop and other businesses. NOT marriage. 3 phony marriages and only 40. He looks 60.

Sorry silverlaker but when your husband is of town you have NO clue what he is doing unless you have him watched. You trust your mate but when a dog is a dog no one can stop it. Sandra needs to get on w/ her life Jesse will not change...

What kills me is that Sandra must have seen all of this Nazi memorabilia in his office. She is just as despicable as he is. I would NEVER date, let alone marry someone who engaged in this behavior.
