Jesse James is out of rehab and took a motorcycle ride alone on Monday afternoon; symbolic of his new life without Sandra Bullock. And, RadarOnline.com has the pictures.

Earlier on Monday, the West Coast Choppers owner was photographed without his wedding ring for the first time since his cheating scandal broke. He has been linked to at least five other women while married to Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock.

The 40-year-old wore his signature 666 helmet and rode a custom-made bike.

He has spent the last the last month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona. Last week, Bullock was photographed for the first time without her wedding ring as well.

And although they both appear to be flying solo, no legal divorce papers have been filed yet.

This is getting old. What the future holds is between them and ONLY them. I can live with not knowing. I wish them both the best no matter what they decide. I cannot imagine being stalked every single second of the day.

JJ loves all sorts of bikes. You should see some of the sport bikes he owns. I'm definitely a harley/chopper kind of guy, but I would ride one of those vmax's.... over 200hp

good for jesse for doing 30 days in the rehab, and staying low key...plus being real without his wedding ring. i wish each of them well. mostly i wish the 3 kids well.
