Girls Next Door beauty Holly Madison threw out the ceremonial first pitch for Las Vegas' minor league baseball team, the 51s, in their game against the Fresno Grizzlies at Cashman Field in Sin City Tuesday.

The 51s, a Triple-A affiliate for the Toronto Blue Jays, also honored the Girls Next Door star with her very own bobblehead doll. She, in turn, brought them good luck, as the 51s edged out the Grizzlies by a 2-1 score.
Holly, who is currently starring in the sexy musical Peepshow at Planet Hollywood, Tweeted after the game: "had a great time at The 51s game... thanks for coming out!"
