Kate Hudson is starting off the week with a bang, turning 31 on Monday.

Last week, the gorgeous actress was spotted in Miami, enjoying a low-key getaway with pals.

“She was pretty quiet and kept herself to herself. She was approached by quite a few guys, and some of them were gorgeous, but she wasn’t her usual giggly, flirty self at all,” one partygoer said. Kate's mood may have had something to do with her recent health kick.

“Kate said she was on this cleanse and couldn’t drink any alcohol or eat any chocolates,” another source tells RadarOnline.com. “I think that was why she seemed so quiet and tired, maybe it’s taking it out of her and she’s feeling drained.”
Hudson has yet to be seen with a new man since splitting with New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez, who has been most recently linked to another Hollywood hottie: Cameron Diaz.
