Her industrial-strength bikini top simply cannot contain Heidi’s new man-made breasts as the RadarOnline.com photo shows.
The Hills star, 23, stripped down to a bikini for the first time since she infamously underwent 10 plastic surgery operations in one day.

The more I look at her the more I want to cry. I mean, at least Dolly Parton could act and sing. Truthfully, with implants that large, what acting job could she star in except porn? Look at the true Hollywood stars...she cant even smile.

Her face is awful. Why did she do that to herself? She looked like the girl next door before. Very marketable. Now she will only be laughed at and men will use her image to mas******e. She may get stripper movies...but no Academy movies.

That huge round plastic ball she's holding is more symbolic then just for beach toy. I think she's showing her plastic surgeon how mega mega huge she wants them...next time.

Her body looks pretty good. The boobs may be rather larger for some but I have seen a lot worse, real or fake in that size. She is definitely going in the pornstar direction as far as face and boobs go though.
