At the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards, members of the media were honored for thattheir fair and accurate representation of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, including the lovely Drew Barrymore, who accepted the top honors of the evening in an absolutely stunning Oscar de la Renta creation, from the Pre-Fall 2010 Collection. The actress, who received the Vanguard Award, dazzled in the pink and silver number, which featured a slender belt around the waist and perfect pleating.
Adam Lambert, who usually opts for an over-the-top red carpet look, looked super sophisticated in a perfectly tailored black suit, sporting black and blue sunglasses, which coordinated with the streaks in his hair!

Rebecca Gayheart looked fashionably fab as well, slipping her post baby bod into a metallic shift, while Dianna Agron looked Gleefull in a siren-red Temperley London gown.
