Melissa Smith -- the woman tagged as Jesse James' mistress #2 -- apparently is having regrets, as we hear in an exclusive interview only on RadarOnline.com.
The tattoo-covered Smith, speaking Wednesday in Long Beach, California, was asked if she would have changed things if she had known James and The Blind Side star were trying to adopt a baby.

"Oh yeah, absolutely," she responded.

Smith also quipped that Bullock "pulled an Angelina" when she adopted a baby, referring, of course, to Angelina Jolie who started adopting when married, but then continued the process after a break-up.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bullock shocked the world when she announced Wednesday that she had secretly adopted a baby boy from New Orleans just prior to the Academy Awards, and somehow managed to keep it secret, as her marriage to James was falling apart amidst his cheating scandal.
Bullock also revealed Wednesday that she filed for divorce from the Monsters Garage star on April 23 in Austin, Texas.

Oh yeah being married but sleeping with him is A-OK but attempting to adopt with the same said wife is totally CROSSING THE LINE! Its shocking people like that are walking this earth. Wow.

She LOVES the attention!!! The pap should have asked, "How do feel to be called a problem,addiction,or illness?" That is what Jesse is saying he had. These gals enjoyed playing with his addiction as he was famous & rich.

So the fact that he was married and had THREE other children (regardless of whether they were Sandra's by birth) didn't mean anything to this tramp? So there are rules. Interesting. At least she has some boundaries....please.
