Katy Perry’s fiancé Russell Brand was just spotted speeding through the Hollywood Hills on the back of a BMW motorcycle with no helmet on and RadarOnline.com has the details.

“He was going about 40 or 50 miles per hour through the neighborhood,” an eyewitness tells RadarOnline.com of the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star. “I couldn’t believe he had no helmet on!”

California State law requires that “a driver and any passenger shall wear a safety helmet when riding on a motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, or motorized bicycle.” If Russell intends to walk down the aisle with Perry, he better man up next time and put on a helmet!
