Teenage pop queen Miley Cyrus has just gotten the keys to her $3.4 million dream home but she better not try any sneaky sleep-overs with her hunky 20-year-old Australian boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Miley’s parents live just a few doors away!

As this photo obtained by RadarOnline.com shows, the two houses are so close borrowing a cup of sugar will be no problem.

There is a formal dining room with French doors that open to the yard, a wood-paneled study, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with a center island, granite counter tops, several sky lights, and a menu planning area.

Miley and her folks, Billy Ray and Leticia, also installed a new recording studio in the property which has a detached guest house with two bedrooms, a living room and wet bar.

The property was purchased a year ago but the Hannah Montana star is only now getting ready to move in after both she and her mom oversaw renovations to the property which at one time was owned by Freddie Prinze Jr.

Security is said to be water-tight around the actress/singer’s new home in Toluca Lake. Because of its proximity to the studios in Burbank and its family-friendly atmosphere, the tiny town has become a popular spot for celebrities. Steve Carrell, Ashley Tisdale, Demi Lovato, The Jonas Brothers, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Hilary and Haylie Duff all call Toluca Lake home.

She does not need to live on her own especially a place THAT BIG! She thinks she is 28 years old and living in a Sex and The City movie. She should enjoy being a child while she can. Oh and her "bf" is using her. +1

That is ridiculous!! She is only 18 years-old, or younger!! Her parents lead very poor examples if they are cool with this!!! She is already dressing like a skank so what's next!

Actually she will be 18 this year. I for one think it shows good parenting when a young adult is ready to live on their own. Plus the fact that her parents are still on the same block tells me they are letting her fly but not to high!

Why does this girl need to live on her own at 16? Ridiculous! Over indulged kid. She should still be under her parent's roof. I am disgusted and floored by this! They can't see what's going on with a different home involved.
