EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay's Lawyer: She's In Compliance With Her Probation

Lindsay Lohan is in compliance with the terms of her probation, her lawyer tells RadarOnline.com.
Shawn Chapman Holley shot down reports on Friday that Lindsay had violated probation in connection to court ordered alcohol education classes.

Holley told RadarOnline.com: "Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes.
"For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation,"

The statement from Lindsay's lawyer contradicts reports that claim Lindsay has missed class for as many as 20 days in a row.

The alcohol education program hasn't notified the court of any problems with Lohan, RadarOnline.com has learned. That notification is made only when someone misses the class for more than 21 days.

Lindsay has been the center of a storm of controversy with her father calling for her to go into rehab. Meanwhile, RadarOnline.com reported exclusively Friday that Michael Lohan's lawyer and Lindsay's lawyer have agreed to meet in person next week and talk about Lindsay.

The judge's order was specific: once every 7 days, not an average of once every 7. Being technically compliant isn't the same as actually being compliant.

I wish Lindsay could drive. Then the police could pull her over after leaving a club on any give night and drug test her with cause.

Judge Revel changed her terms in the last hearing. The usual class every 20 days was changed by the judge to be every SEVEN (7) days, therefore, Lindsay is NOT in compliance. Shawn is a great lawyer but didn't look at her file.

At some point this lawyer needs to sit down with Lindsay and explain what her real options are. Having a celeb drug addict for a client and then perpetuating said client is not good. At what point do we then call Shawn an enabler as well?
