Jailed porn star Janine Lindemulder is ‘very concerned’ about her daughter Sunny after the child’s father Jesse James checked himself into a sex rehab, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

With surrogate mom Sandra Bullock no longer in the picture the 5-year-old is being looked after by Jessie James’ own mother while he fights sex addiction at the Sierra Retreat in Tucson, Arizona.
RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed how James had bolted from the facility after Bullock refused to take his telephone calls, only to then return to try and battle his demons and repair his shattered marriage.

But as James’ life continues to unravel Lindemulder - who is in a federal half-way facility in Oregon for tax evasion – is extremely worried about her daughter.

Her husband Jeremy Aikman told RadarOnline.com: “Janine is very concerned about the situation and she is not happy.

“She is still getting to talk with Sunny over the phone and she appears to be doing well – but she is still very young.

“Janine felt that Sandra Bullock was good with her daughter and she doesn’t have a problem with Jessie’s mom either but her hands are tied just now because she is not around either.
“We have not heard anything about the Child Protective Services getting involved and all we want is for Sunny to be happy and healthy.”
Tragically, the five-year-old seems to be the biggest victim in the whole sordid affair with both her biological parents currently locked-away from her while Sandra Bullock assesses what she should do with her unfaithful husband.
Before the marriage between James and Bullock imploded following allegations that he had an affair with stripper Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee the couple had joined sides in his bitter custody battle for Sunny with the porn star.

Ironically, the pair contested that Lindemulder was an unfit mother and that she was exposing Sunny to ‘unsavory characters’.
When news of James alleged affair with McGee broke Lindemulder seemed to mock her ex-husband by Tweeting: Thank God For My Faithful Hubby!
Described as a “broken man,” James is desperate to save his marriage but Bullock has already prepared divorce papers. The Blind Side star has heavy security around her and does not want to be face-to-face with her husband.

Jesse has been linked to four women while married to Sandra, and confessed to her that he was with seven women in total.

The revelation of his serial cheating comes after years of Sandra suspecting he was unfaithful and confronting him. Jesse always denied it.

Radar - can you post a more current photo of his ex-wife, one that shows all the tattoos up her neck & everywhere?... it'd give a a more accurate picture of the carnival freaks this little girl has to live with. :(

Sandra had no legal rights to Sunny and it is best she leave the child with Jesse and let Jesse decide who cares for her which is what Sandra did. I think Sunny's mom will now gain her rights back as soon as she is out of the half way house.

before anyone tells me that jj didn't have guardianship of Sunny, i will check internet to see what kind of hearing it was sandy and jj attended for Sunny.

I concur Bjan, and Janine will most likely attend the child court hearing in June. I'm rooting for Janine. jj gambled his guardinship rights while married to Sandra, and he lost big time.

how long more does she have in half-way house? i think she will be at the June court hearing. i shudder to think that Sunny would be in the care of her horn-dog pervert father. Janine you gotta win this court hearing...

I think Sunny will be better off with Janine. JJ is obviously a misogynist and has no business raising a daughter. I also think Sandra could get a more amicable arrangement with Janine than with JJ if she wanted to continue seeing Sunny.

The only victims I see are the kids. The adults - ALL - were a combination of sleazy, greasy and irresponsible. Sandra should have known better! What's wrong with her that she makes such bad relationship decisions?

Last I checked JJ was the one at fault here. As a married celeb, couldn't he figure out that those skanky hos, who would do anything for $20, would sell him out? What's wrong with him that he made such bad decisions?
