“I’m not good. I don’t know what to think anymore,” Burgos told RadarOnline.com. “I don’t think they are the best people…I don’t know, I don’t know.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Burgos was caring for Monica and Bruce’s children immediately following the tragedy in Mexico but was forced to give them over to Bruce’s parents who won temporary guardianship in court, after Bruce backed their bid.

When asked if she intends to fight for custody, Carla told RadarOnline.com, ‘I don’t know yet…we’ll see.”

Unless Carla has moved from Rio to the US and become a US Citizen, the kids belong with the paternal family. The kids were raised in the US. Grandparents are are educated people. He went loco, but that doesn't mean he had bad parents.

If the aunt was close with them, however, they should give her frequent visitation, but monitored. Since that dad who could not get his kid back from his ex-wive's family in Brazil, even after she died, I would not want to take any chances.

They've already raised one murder! Sure give them two more kids to screw up! EPIC FAIL!

I agree with you Elvie..not to mention they are older and these kids are very young. They would be better off with the Aunt they know...who is young enough to raise them right through to adult hood. They don't need 60 something year old parents.

One would think the murdered mother's family would be granted custody of the children not with the parents of the man who murdered these kids' mother. Give them to their maternal aunt would be the best thing, the other will shut ma-family out.
