EXCLUSIVE: Ex Doesn't Believe Jesse Mistress' Apology To Bullock

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee’s ex-husband Shane Modica has told RadarOnline.com that he does not believe her recent public apology to Sandra Bullock for wrecking her marriage to Jesse James.
The tattoo covered stripper did an exclusive interview with an Australian television network where she confessed: “I’d like to say, Sandra, I’m sorry.”

But Modica – who is involved in a bitter custody battle with McGee over their five-year-old son Avery – is not convinced by her public ‘mea culpa’.
Tattoo shop owner Modica just spoke with his former wife yesterday as they try and resolve their differences on how to best raise their little boy.

He said: “I doubt that she means it - Michelle is more concerned about running around spending money and trying to be famous herself.
“I mean it’s hard to take her seriously she told me that she spent 100k on her new black 2008 Maserati which had done 22,000 miles and at the same time she is trying to stop me from buying a new house when I’ve already had my loan approved.

“We just spoke yesterday and we talked about some things that our kid needed like clothes and alike.
“She was cordial with me and fortunately our son Avery seems to be doing okay just now but Michelle and I still have disagreements about his future.”

The money hungry stripper is about to embark on a cross country nightclub tour with the first stop being at the LIV nightclub in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami on April 21, 2010.
And amazingly, although she shares physical custody of Avery with Modica, she didn’t tell the boy’s father about those plans.
Modica added: “I didn’t know anything about this nightclub appearance in Miami – I mean it is not as if Michelle is setting-up a trust fund for her kids with all the money that she is earning right now.

“For me, I just want to create the best future for my kids by investing in a good house next to good schools but Michelle just does not think like that.
“For her to apologize to Sandra Bullock on television is a little late now - the truth is that she got jealous when she saw her and Jesse James together at the Oscars and decided to tell her story.
“Now, she is trying to make as much money from that as she can.”

why is she suddenly the bad person in this ugh maybe if jesse james kept his pants on we wouldnt be hearing this story at all!! if she hadnt come forward he'd still be out screwing everyone !!
