This sounds familiar: troubled star who has been in rehab shaves head.
Charlie Sheen pulled a Britney Spears and shaved his head, RadarOnline.com learned. Facing allegations that he cheated on wife Brooke Mueller with escort Angelina Tracy, Sheen shocked people Wednesday when he was seen with a shaved head.
Earlier, photos surfaced of Sheen in a ridiculous fake moustache disguise as he was caught with Tracy. His rep said he was counseling her, but RadarOnline.com learned he took her to his home when Brooke wasn’t there, and also to a neighbor’s guesthouse.

“Charlie has been seeing her for weeks,” a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

Sheen is still in rehab and is battling alcohol and coke addictions. His wife has also been getting rehab treatment. He is facing trial on domestic violence charges in Colorado and until now Mueller was not cooperating with authorities. Now that Sheen is the latest celebrity in a cheating scandal, Mueller is not likely to let him off so easy, one source told RadarOnline.com.

As the world knows, Britney Spears famously shaved her head after abruptly checking out of rehab facility. She then got a tattoo and eventually went back to rehab.
Many speculated that Spears shaved her head so her hair could not be subjected to drug testing.
