Brittany Murphy’s grandmother Elizabeth Murphy passed away today, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Her death came exactly four months after Brittany’s tragic death on December 20.

“Brittany’s grandmother just passed away,” a somber Simon Monjack told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “It was exactly four months to the day. I think heartbreak from Brittany’s death played a part. She took it really badly.”

Simon tells RadarOnline.com that Elizabeth passed away in her Florida home at the age of 84 of natural causes. Elizabeth’s death leaves Sharon Murphy having lost both her daughter and mother within just a four month period.

“Brittany had been down in Florida to visit with her grandma a few weeks before she died,” Simon says. “Sharon and I will be going down to Florida to help take care of things.”

Anyway, Condolences to Sharon, Britt's Uncles Bill & Patrick, Her aunt Debbie who "married" Sayeed "eM" Pajooh &"made" Tayebe aka *the coward who* didnt take Britt to the HOSPITAL/REHAB so Britt "Em"ded up 'DEAD'-UMMA HAUNT *u*4 *THAT*. So 'NUFF SED.

... *radaronline MORONS* 'JUST' had a pic of Britt & Sharon up for this story few minutes ago- Sharon="old" but NOT Britt's Grandmother...*that* "said" I wonder if Britt ever did buy Her Grandmother (R.I.P.) that "house by the beach"....

I feel so sorry for Brittany's mother having to deal with the death of a daughter and death of a mother so close together. Awful! I also feel terrible that the grandchild died before the grandmother.
